  8.     This notebook was inspired by a quote of Richard Feynman in Physicist
  9. Paul Davies, "The Mind of God", which I am reading with great gusto.
  10. The illustration that the examples show is that mathematics is somehow
  11. "out there" to be discovered and not merely the product of the dry logic of
  12. some ancient formalist. In fact, while dozing during a sermon, I thanked God
  13. that he made Physics for me to wonder about as well as a sermon for me to
  14. believe.
